MEET THE STAFF

Selecting a surgeon is a very personal decision, particularly so for selecting a plastic surgeon. Dr. Efird will meet with you prior to surgery to discuss your questions and expectations about plastic surgery. Before/after photos of patients who have had similar operations are available at your request. (These photos have prior authorization of the patients for display).

Dr. Efird, Sandra Horn, RN and The Efird Clinic's courteous staff are available to answer any of your questions or concerns. They will put you at ease and keep all information strictly confidential. They will keep in contact with you prior to surgery, after surgery and during the healing process. They are available whenever you may need them.

Sandra Horn, RN, BSN Sandra is the surgical assistant and aesthetic consultant for Dr. Efird. She has worked with Dr. Efird for over eighteen years. Her knowledge and expertise will help guide you through your cosmetic procedure from pre-operative questions and concerns to post-operative care and instructions. Sandra is also readily available in the office for non-surgical solutions to enhance your overall appearance. She performs Dermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Spider Vein Injections, Restylane, and Botox. She also performs Pulse Light Laser for: Hyperpigmentation, hair removal and spider veins on the face. She can recommend or establish a skin care regimen that is right for you.

Frances Long - Aesthetician Frances brings her training and enthusiasm to the newly expanded menu of services at The Efird Clinic. Frances is a licensed aesthetician and is a graduate of The Beauty Institute of Memphis. Make an appointment for a personalized anti-aging facial, a relaxing collagen/elastin mask, a rejuvenating chemical peel and enjoy our newly renovated facial rejuvenation room. You will be able to test our complete line of new Glo Mineral makeup products and view all the products available for sale at The Efird Clinic. Frances is also trained and certified on all our laser procedures.

Jessica Johnson - Office Manager

Jessica will schedule your surgery at a selected facility. She also handles finances and will be happy to provide you with costs associated with surgery. She can answer most of your financial questions and insurance concerns.

Angela Quesada - Patient/Insurance Coordinator

Angela handles scheduling of office appointments and delegation of phone calls and requests. She can assist you with insurance referrals and insurance benefit questions. She handles the filing of insurance claims and collection of co-insurance and deductible amounts associated with surgery. She will greet you when you arrive at The Efird Clinic. She can assist you with any general questions you may have about the office.
