After reading the post from Kamm I wanted to add my experience.... After the birth of my second child I didnt have too much trouble getting back to my pre pregnant weight, but I could not get rid of that 'pooch' from carrying the children. Dr. Efird did a tummy tuck on me so I wouldnt have to deal with that frustrating roll of skin. What I didnt expect was that I would be better than before !!!! My tummy is flat and I have a waist again. I could not be happier. Dr. Efird and all the people who work with him will always have a place in my heart..... I am so grateful for the way I look and feel today.
